Official Mechanics

1. Campaign Period: January 1 to December 31, 2026.
2. Eligibility: Open to registered PHILKONS users who complete qualifying Aggregate purchases.
3. Qualifying Purchases: Every ₱30,000 of completed/paid Aggregate orders through PHILKONS earns 1 electronic promotional entry.
4. Cumulative: Qualifying purchases accumulate; carry-forward applies toward the next entry.
5. Entry Validity: Entries are generated only when an order reaches the qualifying order status. Submitted, unpaid, or cancelled orders do not qualify.
6. Void: Entries linked to cancelled/refunded orders are marked VOID with reason and audit trail.
7. Draw: Official draw date and winner selection procedure to be published upon approval.
8. Winner Notification: Winners notified via registered contact details and must verify identity, entry, transaction, and eligibility.
9. Prize Claiming: Prizes claimed per the published claiming procedure; taxes per applicable rules.
10. Disqualification: Fraudulent, duplicate, or suspicious activity results in disqualification pending admin review.
11. Privacy: Customer data protected per PHILKONS privacy policy; not disclosed publicly without consent.
12. Customer Support: Contact PHILKONS support for campaign inquiries.

FAQ

Do submitted orders count as entries?

No. Only orders that reach the campaign's qualifying status (e.g. completed/paid) generate entries. Submitted, unpaid, or cancelled orders do not qualify.

Do my purchases carry forward?

Yes. Qualifying purchases are cumulative. If you are ₱5,000 short of an entry, your next qualifying purchase applies toward that remaining amount.

What happens if an order is cancelled?

The corresponding entry is marked VOID with a reason and full audit trail. Entries are never silently deleted.

Are entries financial transactions?

No. Promotional entries are not financial transactions and do not affect accounting. Only actual sales and payments flow into PHILKONS accounting.

Is this campaign officially active?

A campaign only appears as Active once its compliance status is Approved and all permit, terms, and mechanics requirements are satisfied.
